well in that case i will start using 8 tbsp (seriol) i have a very stupid question though. please dont laugh lol. is a tbsp of pb like a heaping tbs or just enough where the pb fills out the whole spoon without overflowing ontop of the spoon. i dont know if im making sense and i know it sa stupid answer but i think ive been using like 3tbsp servings for my 1 tbsp servings mans.
like this is what my tablespoons looks like notice how its a heaping tbsp. its overflowing over the sppon instead of just filling the spoon out on the insides.

To the guy above me. Just get a measuring cup, fill it up to 1 cup, and count how many spoonfulls it took.
alright however im gonna start with a half cup. i am very stupid with measuring things im not gonna lie. even pb is hard for me to measure in a measuring cup because its not a liquid and so it wont be exact for me but w/e.

Your blender has numbers on it. Fill it up with milk, then dump in the pb until the milk rises to the next 1/2 cup line.
And I don't think an actual spoon has anything to do with the unit of measurement.

I don't know what you're doing wrong, but it never does that for me. It took me a while to find the right way to mix the ingredients to get the right consistency.

yeah I agree with you the oats in shake is a dumb idea. They just clump at bottom then you have to slug down wads of oats. Plus raw oats tend to give me ungodly sulphur smelling gas.
But I don't know, my maintenance must be much lower than yours, right now I'm bulking around 3k a little over maybe (I dont precisely track it). I'm fine. I like eating a bowl of cereal in morning with a shake and a bowl of cereal at night with a shake. Dunno maybe it reminds me of the old days when I was a little kid eating cereal at nighttime for a snack![]()
