well in that case i will start using 8 tbsp (seriol) i have a very stupid question though. please dont laugh lol. is a tbsp of pb like a heaping tbs or just enough where the pb fills out the whole spoon without overflowing ontop of the spoon. i dont know if im making sense and i know it sa stupid answer but i think ive been using like 3tbsp servings for my 1 tbsp servings mans.

like this is what my tablespoons looks like notice how its a heaping tbsp. its overflowing over the sppon instead of just filling the spoon out on the insides.

I wish magic bullets had bigger cups.

To the guy above me. Just get a measuring cup, fill it up to 1 cup, and count how many spoonfulls it took.

alright however im gonna start with a half cup. i am very stupid with measuring things im not gonna lie. even pb is hard for me to measure in a measuring cup because its not a liquid and so it wont be exact for me but w/e.

That's why I use a thunderstick imitation and use a large plastic cup (you've seen it I think). So easy, so quick, and the clean up is a breeze! **** I should do a commercial for it.

Who cares. But to answer your question, a tablespoon is the ingredients leveled off at the top. A heaping tablespoon is just that. My heaping tablespoons are about 3 regular tablespoons.

Your blender has numbers on it. Fill it up with milk, then dump in the pb until the milk rises to the next 1/2 cup line.

And I don't think an actual spoon has anything to do with the unit of measurement.

I'm gonna let you in on a little secret. Put the oats in a coffee grinder until it's powder... then put the powder in the blender with the rest of the shake. The end.

They were powder after I put them in my Magic Bullet and turn it on for a minute. It still lumped at the bottom.

I don't know what you're doing wrong, but it never does that for me. It took me a while to find the right way to mix the ingredients to get the right consistency.

why not just eat a bowl of bran flakes with the shake instead of grinding up oats into a smoothie? LMAO.

Because that just adds one more thing to physically eat, and that's what I'm trying to get away from with the shake.

No matter, I still won't put oats in and I'm doing fine.

yeah I agree with you the oats in shake is a dumb idea. They just clump at bottom then you have to slug down wads of oats. Plus raw oats tend to give me ungodly sulphur smelling gas.

But I don't know, my maintenance must be much lower than yours, right now I'm bulking around 3k a little over maybe (I dont precisely track it). I'm fine. I like eating a bowl of cereal in morning with a shake and a bowl of cereal at night with a shake. Dunno maybe it reminds me of the old days when I was a little kid eating cereal at nighttime for a snack

Maybe its because you guys are letting it sit before you drink it?

You gotta pound it back right after you mix it, or **** gets ****ed.

I generally drink it within a half hour, unless I'm actually hungry (which is maybe once a month) then it's faster. Even at a half an hour I toe the line of puking.

I don't have to worry about it, I don't put them in anymore. And that's as fast as I can drink them with all the other **** I have to eat, so that's out too.

    1. The bako shake does not have oats in it.
    2. It is already 2,500 calories. Why are you people putting more in it.
