So I just signed up for FitDay and it seems like their estimate of how many calories I am burning is a bit off. For my profile I selected "seated with some movement" and they say that is 3,000 calories of work. Then I added my 1.5 hour workout tonight and that only adds up to about 350 calories of work. Is this correct?

Ignore that part. It is highly inaccurate.

Keep in mind the non-workout calories are what you burn throughout the day, just not at work.
