    I like to mix in both. I feel it hits my arms and back from different angles for an overall workout.

    Coming from an asthetic point of view, I definitely like to incorporate as many different angles and movements into my workouts. I feel like I grow more evenly that way. Love the overhand, underhand, neutral trifecta. Huge burn in the back and bis!

    No, a chinup is if you get your chin up over the bar. Grip doesn't matter. Any situation where you pull something up (yourself or a barbell) can be called a pull-up.
