I've always been skinny all my life till this year. For the first time, I will go through a cutting phase. I want to go from 15% bf down to around 10% with the least amount of muscle loss.
Do you lose more muscle if you take something like xenedrine
and lose weight fast? or do you lose more muscle when you cut slowly?
I'm trying to minimize the muscle loss.
The words fast and weight loss do not go together too well. Take the xenadrine if you like but just cut back 300 calories or so and see what happens. Slow fat loss is good. you can keep your muscle if you are careful.
