We should do the same again. I'd rather go out to eat then go out for drinks.

Alright, so the 23rd it is. Any location preferences? I'm in for Vision, but I may be a little biased since it's less than 5 minutes away from me...

We only did lower last time, so I think we should do upper. I saw we make a meet of it and try to set a PR in every lift

In all likely hood I'll be staying downtown (near the old Maple Leafs Gardens). Somewhere around there would be great for me, especially since I don't know my way around too well.

Yeh and those large men were angry at me for using their squat rack when I asked if anyone was using it... Damn weightlifters.

Upper sounds good. I'll be sure to set a PR in every lift. So what else besides bench?

I heard Vision sucks. Do they allow chalk?

I'll bring blocks for everyone. Everyone who sets a PR in a major lift, gets a free block!

I personally like vision but its not really suited to a big group of powerlifters/bodybuilders. I could check out rhyno gym to see what they allow/dont allow.

Lol, then why does it suck besides the lack of a proper environment?

Why dont we just do it in the new year when everyone has time. If we keep it on the 23rd, Dave do you think we could set up a separate training session so I can try out that suit?

After Christmas would actually work out better for me. The 27th or 28th would be the best. If not, I think the 22nd or 23rd are the only other days I would be able to make it.

Well me being the luckiest person in the world, has had mono the past 6 weeks. It's on its way out now but no lifting until after new years. I might still come and hang out with you guys if your training though. I'll bring my bands and chains.

That does suck man. I say if you feel up to it you should come anyways and we can still discuss shirt and suit use.

Also if we are primarily going to be working on bench this time, how many of you are interested in equipped lifting? I can bring my smaller F6 and some of yall can give it a whirl if you feel up to setting some PRs.
