Yeah, ******ed busy. Dont even get to lift with my boys anymore and it sucks man. I had a long talk with my mom though, and it's really time for me to crunch down and make sacrifices to get into grad school and be succesful. So for now the trips to Philly for benching etc. are on hold, unfortunately....but I'm still hittin the gym as hard as I can.
Thanks man, been eatin my face off...still not at 230 where I wanna be, but we'll see over the next month, if not I'm gonna do a quick 2-3 month diet down to get rid of some excess weight. Maybe even do another PL meet at 198 while I'm down in weight.

Done. Those carbs from yesterday blew me up. Looked the biggest I've ever looked and felt extremely strong. Form was a little off on bench tonight but the strength was still there. Really happy with how tonight went and I'm up like 2.5lbs believe it or not!
Weighed in at 224 in the gym with shoes, shorts, t-shirt. So I'm probably about 221ish, and I was 218lbs 2 weeks ago. So my diet is definitely getting back on track which I'm happy about and I feel the carry over of the extra calories in the gym.

Done. Hamstrings were so tight that the right sight of my hip felt like it was being ripped out of it's socket. I gotta stretch/foam roll more to keep my hamstrings loose. As a result of my knee reconstruction I'm always gonna have hamstring issues, so I need to focus more on keeping my right one specifically more loose/stretched out.
Other than that, 365 x 11 felt awesome and it's one more rep than last week. I weighed in at 220 this morning which is a definite increase, today is a high carb day so I'm gonna be stuffing my face all day.

Warmed up for 5 mins on the elliptical and did some active stretching. No pain in my hips, a lot less tightness in my hamstrings. The triples and singles felt great. Weights about 221, and I've only gotten a pre-workout meal in me. So the weight definitely seems to be on the up and up.
Starting to work out the details of my cut. Getting really excited and anxious. Can't wait to see how lean I can get.

Done. Again, the left side of my hip started getting ripped out. I think it's just a back-pump, because about 15-20 minutes after working out it feels fine. I stretched down, and I'm ok right now.
Only had 20g carbs all day, gonna have a shake with 1 cup oats and 2 scoops whey for PWO. Bringing me to about 72, and then another shake pre-bed. so I'll end up right around 82ish. Little lower than I would have liked, I'm glad I'm gonna be working out the kinks of my carb cycling before I start my diet.
Here's a preview of the prowler I'm making at home with my pops, kinda hard to see but I'll get up some better pics when it's completed.
