Muscle Built With Minimum Fat Gain.

    Hi,

    I have been working for 1 year. I just started to a off-season workout.(winter)
I searched the forum but i couldnt find any topic which will help me.
I wonder that what should i eat for gaining maximum muscle mass during gaining minimum fat.
I know that without gaining fat it is not possible to gain muscle, but i dont want to gain unnecessary fat.

1st Morning; 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg. 50cl skimmed milk. 150 gr oatmeal with skimmed milk. One stable spoon of honey. 30 gr of light white cheese. 2 pieces of light bread.

    2nd 1 banana, 1 apple and 1 orange juice

3rd Launch: a sandwich with chicken breast and water.

4rd before workout: 250 gr steak and 200 gr pasta, with low fat.

5th after workout : 300 gr of chicken breast and 150 gr pasta with 2 table spoon of oliveoil. 1 apple or banana

6th before i go to sleep: 5 egg whites.

Is this diet suitable for gaining mass with a minimum fat gain?

Should i eat pasta after i workout? or How much should i eat?

I dont want to gain unnecessary fat while doing my bulk program.

Please help me on this topic, i really appreciate that.
    Thank you.

    Stats?

    300 gr of chicken breast
Nobody needs that much chicken in one sitting.
It pays to be a winner

300g chicken is only 60g protein.

    What's the big deal?

Not to mention, we don't know how long of a gap there is between that meal and bed time meal....not that it matters that incredibly much.

The diet's poor mate, completely lacking in fats and vegetables.

Dietry fat doesn't make you fat.

You need to read up more on dieting in general no one can create a diet for you. They don't know your maintenance cals or any of that info. Start reading the stickies you should be able to figure it out all on your own.
