    (Optimus) Prime cut of beef

    I've been bulking for 6 months on Rippetoe's 3*5. I weigh 105kg, 6'3", shy about showing my legs - but I DO squat 3 times a week.

    Stats:

    Bench 90kg*3
    Squats 120kg*5
    Deads 144kg*3
    OH Press 60kg*3
    Pendlay rows 70kg*5

Interested in getting a six-pack as well as getting strong - should I cut now or continue to bulk?

Little hard to tell, but if you want the 6-pack, cut.

You need to cut up a little and to add muscle mass, 10 pounds of good quality muscles will be just great!

You look exactly like me, except my face looks much better. Might want to get on that.

    Thanks for the comments guys.

Con: I started just wanting to get stronger, and I still do, but most girls seem to think you're just fat unless you're lean and strong.

Basically I want to know, do you think I have enough muscle mass to look muscular at, say, 15% bodyfat?

LOL there is this girl who I didn't see for a few months. When I saw her, I had been working out and bulking, so she said "Hey you have gotten fatter".

I touced by stomach and asked if this is fat and she said no. Its funny how people call you fat. Anyway, just keep working hard and don't think about anything.

    wow, she's not very nice

Reach down between your legs and find a pair of balls. That's what it takes to lift big weights. Genetics is the weak man's excuse for why he sucks at life. Don't be that guy - RhodeHouse

LOL, well she was probably just joking around but since my chest, shoulders and arms were bigger than before, she may have mistakenly assumed that was fat.
