    Need to lose 75lbs in a month... plz help military.

    hi im soon to join the military need to lose 75lbs. in a month need suggestions, supplements ideas, etc.

    well, seeing that ur going to need to have to burn a extra 262500 caloires to do that, i say start eating as much pure protein and "good"carbs as possible, but keep the calories low. maybe burn 3 or 4 thousand calories a day and youll get there :]

    I'm pretty sure that's impossible, dude. Not even the fattest people in the world can lose weight at that rate (I don't think so, anyway).

    Cut off your arms, legs, head, then cut your torso in half. Should be about 75lbs lighter.

    Maybe if you weighed yourself on the moon, you wouldn't have to cut off all your dangly parts.

    Actually, based on the profile pic, its doesn't look like he weighs much over 75lbs to begin with.
