    Baby Got Back

Alright, havent posted in awhile but im in need of some help. I have been lifting probally 7 months now, the first few I was on WBB1 routine then I switched to Baby got back.

Now heres the problems, im 6ft and around 165 pounds. I have not been getting enough protein or really monitoring my diet at all which is bad I know. The odd thing is I have noticed changes in my arms/chest/legs in a positive way even though my diet is less than desirable. I still do not have any abs showing through for some reason. Im considering getting serious and starting the UD 2.0 so that I can atleast see myself cut up for once then go on a slow bulk. You would think I at my height and weight I would appear to be skinny but I honestly look average for my height. Do you guys think using the UD 2.0 I would be able to see some results through my stomach ect?

    Thanks for any help

Please just track and plan your diet in the usual way for now. If you can't do that, you're going to have a LOT of trouble with UD2.0

PS nice you're seeing some positive changes in spite of your diet - imagine how well you'll respond once you get your diet in gear!

for sure get your diet going..

best exercise i have done in the last two months to see results was tracking my diet and controlling it.
    Starting over...

You get out what you put in.

This is the training forum, so I'll address training first.

at 6 foot 165, you should be using a very, very basic routine. Very, Basic.

Do a search of my recent posts, you'll find some examples of them.

You don't need any diet with a name, and there is no such thing as a 'slow bulk'. Train. Eat using the basics (see Berardi's 10 habits). Come see us when you've gained 30 pounds and we'll talk about your abs not showing.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
"You're wrong, and I have a completely irrelevant pubmed abstract that may or may not say so." - Belial
