I keep seeing people raving about UD 2.0 and how it's getting people to those ripped abs and whatnot. I've searched all over and I've found questions about it but nothing about what to actually do for it. It's a book, no? Where can I find it? Would I find it at Borders or something or do I have to order it? I'm interested in finally seeing definition in my abs (I've never had abs my whole life). I'm pretty lean (read: skinny) right now, 5'7" about 160 lbs. I can see my abs as a whole but they have no definition to them.
