    Quick question about my gainer, need some help

    I just started taking cytogainer. They suggest to take it three times a day, before a workout, after a workout, and before bed. does this mean that i should take the serving size three times a day or should i split the serving size into three portions? i know it seems like a stupid question but i really need to know. im 6'3 and ive pleatued at 191lbs for wayy too long. If u have any suggestions please tell me.

    If you have the money to spend on it, 3 servings per day to get jacked up!
