Mmm....so good. You've really got to try the vanilla Maximus. I have the same exact thing except I use vanilla, and it's amazing.

beast of a shake, i refuse to start making my shakes again because without my training in 100x gear ill have a heart attack or something lol

I use super fine scottish oats in my shakes it mixes perfectly well. Can get a 5k tub for around £10 so $20 or there abouts.

nope 6 foot and 225, that still seems really low though, but hey ..... thats why im still a newbie on this site
made one last night, put chocolate protien shake in it and a banana in it too. i substituted the olive oil for flax seed oil too. tasted like a chocolate peanut butter and banana sandwich. the oats were a lil hard to get own but it was still amazing

How did they jam so many calories in there without packing in heavy sugar?
I think that's the lowest sugar count I've seen for a gainer!
Or do you think they're lying about the sugar content by saying sucralose/maltodextrin, etc.. doesn't count?

I've eaten 18 items off the dollar menu in one sitting last year during a cheat meal on my cut. It had to have been close to 7-8,000 cals.
