    Lookin' great, dude. Pretty damn proportionate if you ask me. Wheels look like they have some more room to grow.

    Yeah, they could. Just saying if I had to pick something to critique, that would be it. But as I said, overall you're very proportionate.

    Yep, I welcome the critique man, ive been hitting the squats a lot more latley, so hopefully ill see some nice gains.

    gotta say you look great! I weigh like 169 and you blow me out of the water WRT aesthetics and strength(everyone does tho ).

    I dont follow the WODs as such, but I do the Crossfit warmup before every session, and I like to do 1 or 2 of the benchmark workouts a week, I did Linda on Sunday, and Im Doing Cindy tomorrow, maybe Fran on Sunday.

    Doing great, don't be afraid to eat some pizza and junk. Take advantage of being young and lean, one day you won't have as many good foods on the menu.

    As its a trend, id guess you started small and scrawny? Not so much fat?
