    How much of each vitamin should someone 6'0" and 183 lbs consume a day?

    there are about 15 vitamins which all interact with each other in various ways, plus there is debates on how much antioxidants is benefiacial so thsi question was best answered by cackerot a less you want a 10 page report.

    I take it your goals are muscle building ? I would take 1000 - 2000mg of Vit C per day amd loads of the B's (B6 in particular as it has a vital role in protein use). 500mg Magnesium and Calcium (but don't take at the same time as they fight for absorption). Also take a good all round multi Vitimin and mineral tabs.
