I just lost 100 pounds and have a lot of skin hanging from my stomach. I may get a tummy tuck. I know that I will not be able to go to the gym for about a month, if i do so. How do I adjust my diet to not losing the majority of my muscle and not gain a ton of fat?

I think that you should have balance diet. Eat more fibers, carbs and protein in your diet.
Keep protein high, and eat around maintence. Are you sure it is loose skin and not just flab/fat? I've lost over 120lbs and don't have any loose skin.

It's a mixture of both. I don't want to lose any more weight, other wise I would look sick. And, I don't want to lose weight because I would lose muscle. I'm trying to avoid that.

I am/was in the same boat @ 5'8 I was 290 pound's, and since then dropped down as much to 175. Im sitting around 225 at the moment and yes, I do have loose skin/gyno but the overly loose skin has started to show some signs of improvment before you decide to get the tummy tuck, just make sure and double check 100% if the majority of it is infact loose skin or fat.
