    Openers are...... *drum roll*

    Squat - 545 (just suit, no briefs)
    Bench - 407
    Deadlift - 475

    I'm not going much over 500 for deadlifts. My back has become weak from lack of training, and injuring it by trying to do something stupid at a meet won't make my life any better. I'm going to step back, get back into my assistance training, and blow a 600 deadlift out of the water. I think I'm also good for a 700 squat and a 500 bench later this year, maybe early next year, we'll see how training goes.

    I've also discovered that the internet is gay, which is why I haven't been posting.

    Well since I'm sure Keith is curious........


    Squat
    1st - 545 good lift
    2nd - 606 no lift (too high)
    3rd - 626 good lift (easy)

    Bench
    1st - 407
    2nd - 440 (no lift)
    3rd - 440 (got it up, but no lift)

    Deadlift
    1st - 475 good lift
    2nd - 505 good lift
    3rd - 550 good lift
