First day of my first cut

Yeah, today I started with my strict diet and cut. I'm dropping about 700 calories/day.

    Foods consist of:

Can of tuna w/ lite mayo
    cottage cheese
    whole grain pasta
    chicken
    broccoli
    eggs and egg whites
    whole grain bread

My consumption is about 1700 calories on fitday...but I like to inflate that number about 200 calories since I dont measure everything perfectly....I'd say i'm around 1800-2000 calories...

I'm happy so far with the diet...i like all the foods, and when i was hungry i just ate a spoonful or two of Cottage cheese.

Now also tomorrow I'm going to start working out to get some exercise... so hopefully tonight i can gather and put together a good workout routine... Anyone know of any good threads to read?... I need a good workout routine to retain a good amount of muscle while i'm on this cut.

Also thanks for all the help in my previous threads... you guys on here are great resources and very motivating.

I'd recommend WBB1 routine, Built's BGB, or a Rippetoe-esqu type routine. Check out the front page in the bodybuilding forum. There are a bunch of threads regarding routines.
