    question!

Guys, ive been on my rippetoe routine for about 2.5 weeks now...

been eating like crazy..atleast trying to

i started out at 130-133ish somewhere around there...

today i weighed in at 137lbs...was excited

    I am 5'10 about 9-10% bf...

should i really worry about the fats in my dairy products? because ive drinking a lot of whole milk and regular cheeses for the calories...

other then that... i have been eating clean
