Hey guys...
Well, I decided to start a new journal...
This one will be kept up to date and I am going to be super dedicated diet and training wise...
Did Legs yesterday... It went well...
I got personal bests on squat. leg press, sldl's and standing calve raises, so I am pretty pleased...
I spent the weekend sorting out my diet and today is day 1 on it... I'll post how I got on tommorow but I know now it will be spot on
This week I am measuring my squat, bench and dead for 6 reps so me cack, heath and term can have a progression comp... Go chest on wednesday so I can post my pathetic but soon to get better bench...
DIET
Yesterday was my first day on my new diet..
I hit every meal, spot on and felt really good for it.. I actually had a few complications in my day where I would normally just skip a meal, but I stayed determined and got in all 6...
WATER INTAKE
2 1/2 litres ... Aiming for 3 tommorow...
TRAINING

DIET
All meals spot on..... Feel really good...
WATER INTAKE
Suprised myself and drank at least 5 litres... Prob more like 6... However a good 2 and half was during training but it all counts... Went to the toilet 20 + times
TRAINING
Got PB's on Bench, incline dumbell, shoulder press, lateral raises.... Didnlt really train triceps they were so fried I could not even get a french press ex bar up with 12.5 k on each end ? ? lol
They are sore as hell today and were so pumped last night anyway...

Lifts are going up, I am changing diet this week to more carbs and fat and less protein..
Currently weighing 194 but a bit of a fat ass
