Well, I decided to start a new journal...

This one will be kept up to date and I am going to be super dedicated diet and training wise...

Did Legs yesterday... It went well...

I got personal bests on squat. leg press, sldl's and standing calve raises, so I am pretty pleased...

I spent the weekend sorting out my diet and today is day 1 on it... I'll post how I got on tommorow but I know now it will be spot on

This week I am measuring my squat, bench and dead for 6 reps so me cack, heath and term can have a progression comp... Go chest on wednesday so I can post my pathetic but soon to get better bench...
