    question

    3 cups of milk with 1 scoop protein before bed ok? and if it is should i add 1 TBSP olive oil or just leave it at the 3 cups milk.

    comes out to 48g protein and 440 calories without the olive oil.

    If it fits your calories for the day yes.

    In terms of health its fine. Add olive oil if you need the calories.
