I was just wondering if any of you eat chick peas or baked beans during a bulking phase---theyre not the perfect foods b/c of their sodium content, but both have protein and tons of fiber. I often get sick of eating chicken and turkey everyday, so sometimes i turn to foods like these for a change. However, i rarely see anyone in here talk about them or write them into their diet, so thats why im asking.
i like em both.. i say go for it, just try to cut back on the sodium the rest of the day..
I eat chickpea's, kidney beans, pink beans etc....
I eat them as a salad along with some chicken or tuna.
Open a can add some chopped onions and Italian dressing. It makes a great salad.
mmmmm.....
tuna packed in oil. canned white beans, and red onion, drizzled with balsamic.![]()
