To be honest and I hope this doesn't come out sounding cocky but I havent touched my chest with a weight in 3 months, also havent went heavier then 715 to a 1 board so I really didnt realize where I was in terms of strength for this meet. After watching the clip I think I coulda been good for 775 But me and my guys thought I should save my lower back for the deadlifts. I am gonna try and get back ona regular schedule of good training and look into a meet somehwere.. Would be intersesting to see where I can go when I actually train hard for something....
