    Quick Protein Question

I just started lifting again and have been reading a lot about protein. I know many people are getting 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. I weigh 175 and am getting 175-200 grams of protein but am having a hard time getting that much. I was just wondering what percentage of your guys protein consumption is coming from actual food and how much is coming from whey protein supplements. I'm currently only getting 60 grams of protein from supplements each day (3 shakes a day at 20g each) with the rest coming from mostly chicken and fish. Anyway, my question is how many grams of protein are you guys getting from supplements each day compared to how many you get overall?

Thanks for the reference to the other post. That answered my question. Hintsas5, I guess I just have always mixed my protein shakes with orange juice instead of milk because I think it tastes much better so thats why they are only 20 grams.
