ME Workout - Reverse Band Bench Video

    Lifts go 500x1, 545x1, 585x1, 635x0, 635x1 - came back and crushed it

It ends with my second set of reps - 500x10

All sets except the 635 were done with pinkie on the ring. It was a really good workout.

Thanks alot guys! I was pretty happy with how the workout went

Hawk, I'm in Cedarville (outside Xenia) so you're actually not that far away from me. Right now I train at Cedarville University because its free and my training partners are still in school for one more year.
