Trying to locate some of these. Just nutrition books, that tell you what's in what.
Our GNC here doesn't have em, the Library does.. but only for week checkout or whatever. The Health Food store I go to that's 30 minutes away (The things I do for Flax and Natty PB) doesn't. I was thinking maybe I'd check like Borders bookstore or something like that.
Any ideas?
Yes, borders will have tons of calorie counting books.
