Not a whole lot a spotter can do if you do fall deadlifting actually if the weight is heavy enough. The best they can do is catch you if you faint after the lift.

I hope you're getting enough rest Chinaz.
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

My best female friend is 4'11 ( she also the reason I am up right now since she texts me at all hours of the night ) and she is really strong for her size too, not as strong as you, but she is stronger than girls I know that are my size ( 5'9 ) kinda crazy.
Success is achieved by doing a little more than you thought you could, and a lot more than anyone else.

Congrats on the DL PR. Nice work. Keep with it and you'll be kicking ass for many many years.

BTW, I agree with having a back spotter on the DL. Have seen people fall back and have also seen someone faint afterward (1 time) and luckily there was a back spotter to catch her.
