    Starting to write it down

Ok, thought it was about time I started to write this stuff down.

Started fitday today, however I need to customize some foods on there to make it true.
    4:30-Woke up
    protein shake and light yogurt
5:15went to the gym for a solid cardio day 1 hour on the elliptical for 910 calories burned
6:15 Oatmeal and a handful of blueberries
10:00 small package of baby carrots
    12:15 3 small chili dogs - I know I know
2:ish another small bag of baby carrots
6:00 ham sandwich and 100 calorie pack of snack crackers and two glasses of milk
8:is large handful of raw pineapple
    1.3 gallons of water
1 cup of coffee sometime between 7:30 and 9:00

Need to kill the deli meet and chili dogs. I eat chili dogs once a week with some guys from work on my cheat day. Tomorrow is my day off from the gym but I may end up going.

I didn't post yesterday out of embarrassment because of what I ate and my lack of activity. I had great plans but not the discipline to follow through.
    Yesterday-
    Woke up at 8:ish
Ate two whole boiled eggs 1 serving of ON protein with 6oz of 2% milk
Went to work for a few hours
9:30 1 bottle of Arizona Pomegranate Green Tea
10:30 100 calorie pack of popcorn
    12:30 Slim Fast Optima
3:30 20 oz of Mt. Dew and 1 snickers bar
    7:00 2 Slices of pizza
    11:00 1 slice of pizza

Had about a gallon and a half of water.
Skipped the gym because I went to work and had to perform some routine maintenance on the cars. Lousy excuse but it is what it is.

    So far today-
    Woke up about 8:15
2 servings of ON protein with water, 1 serving of lite yogurt with a little granola mixed in
Went to the gym at about 9:15
1001 calories burned after 67 minutes on the elliptical
    Lat pull downs 85lbs 10X, 100lbs 10X, 100lbs 10X
    Seated Row 85lbs 10X, 100lbs 10X, 100lbs 10X
    One arm DB curls 30lbs 10X, 30lbs 10X, 30lbs 10X
    Standing BB curls 60lbs 10X, 60lbs 10X, 60lbs 10X
    Forearm Curls 20lbs 10X, 20lbs, 10X, 20lbs 10X
Weight assisted (175lbs) pull ups 3 sets of 8 reps
11:30 Oatmeal bar and one serving of ON with water and 5g of Glutamine
1:30 another damn slice of pizza
7:00 8oz chicken breast grilled, 1 cup black beans 1.5 cups rice

I have had a 1.2 gallons of water thus far. I will most likely have a fruit smoothie (orange juice, random fruit and maybe yogurt) in about another hour or so. Then time for sleep.

6 foot 5, 295, 35% BF Goal= cut BF% in half this year, lift schedule has been ever changing but I have been following a decent routine now for the last 3 months (cardio every time I am at the gym and I rotate push, legs, pull, legs with at least 1 day off per week). I like squats because I am so bad at them. I have not done them or dead lifts since high school. I go to Planet Fitness right now with plans to change gyms pretty soon (they are open weird hours and my wife would like to go to some aerobic classes, which they do not offer any).

I would like to get down to a fairly lean 235 and go from there. I am very fortunate that I build muscle mass fairly quickly so I want to see which way my body takes me and capitalize on it. Still to early to tell.
