i hear alot of good things about high doeses of ALA like 3 grams a day before your carb up meal and u can be in near or ketosis under 24 hours u could have a carb up every day. the ALA puts all the carbs in your muscle leaving you in ketosis a while after carb up that means no carbs get wasted or almost all .
umm..buttcheeks....nothing to do with the ketosis, but is your avatar nekkid? if so, could you please make sure if your gonna have a pic of an ass representing you, that it's covered please? no nudity on the site. thanks.![]()

good advice!!! i did an internet search and it looks like its true.ala reduces blood glucose levels without affecting circulating insulin.the only time ive ever used it was in my cell tech creatine.

buttcheeks what is the url again? it is not coming up for me

It could be helpful... but at the same time if it causes crashes in blood sugar that could be very bad. at 2-3 grams (usual dosage would be 300-500 mg) the pharmacuetical properties might be substantially different
i think u could get over the crash with some caffeine or effedrine
sometimes the site is down sometimes its up. just like i cant always get into wannabebig.com
the thing is i dont know how far ala can drop your blood sugar
if it drops it to far, then you might risk other complications
even in ketosis your blood sugar doesn't drop below a certain threshold. protein is converted to glucose to maintain at least some blood sugar.
ive heard of people bumping with insulin to get back in ketosis.ive been wanting to switch from a ckd to tkd it would be great if it worked.any experiences??and at what dose per # bw
Go heavy or go home!!
im talking about ala not insulin
