This is a high in protein meal.
what you will need is...
ground turkey meat
3 cloves garlic
3 bell peppers
1 chili powder mix packet
1 can chicken broth
2 cans kidney beans
First you need to brown the turkey add a few cloves of crushed garlic as you are browning the meat.
When meat is fully cooked add a can of chicken broth and heat to a simmer
In a separate pan saute all chopped veggies
Add veggies to the meat and broth after sauteing
Than add chili packet and beans to pot and heat for about 10 minutes while stiring occasionally.
I add tobasco or any hot sauce to make it a little more spicy and also add cheese to the top when serving

I actually have a batch of turkey chili in my crock pot now, though it's a little different from yours.
