In a week, ain't nothing going to happen strength wise. Tighten up your technique and 10lbs could definitely be doable. Read all the bench articles on Elitefts and anything you can find my metal militia. While those guys are mainly shirted benchers, pay attention to the details on how to set up and the technique throughout the lift. It carries over to raw pressing.

Call Bob Youngs at Southside Barbell in Lake Worth (like 20 mins from palm beach), ask him for help.

Why are your lifts weird? Could you also add 10lbs to your clean and jerk? Since form is a bigger issue on the c&j, it might be easier to tighten up your form there for 10lbs.

thats not a bad Idea. I already planed on adding 10lbs to my jerk. and I could maybe add another 10lbs. well see tomorrow. and the reason I say my lifts are weird is because I have never herd of anyone C&J 20 or 30lbs more than they pause.

I clean and jerk roughly 50-60lbs more than I bench. Then again, I don't really bench anymore.. details, details.

You should be proud of clean and jerking more. Leg power + speed, flexibility and timing = awesome. Good luck going for those bigger numbers.
