    carpel tunnel syndrome!! help!

    I think I may be developing CTS. I have had pain in the fingers inbetween the first knuckle and the middle knuckle. After accupuncture it went away for 8 months none at all and my lifting escapades lasted. Now it I feel my grip getting weaker even though I am lifting more. I even got numbness in my 2 middle fingers when I was lifting today and that was only one lift. I wasn't wearing gloves but I usually do. Does anyone have or use to have CTS? How did they deal with it?

    If it's really bothering you, try wearing an extensor wrist splint @ night. You can buy one at any drugstore.
