    High Calorie Quick Snack

I am trying to pack on some weight and succeeding. But some evenings during the week I have wrestling practice and I burn an extra amount of calories because of that those days; however I don't have a lot of time to fit in an extra meal. I already eat a lot of protein bars and protein shakes, so I am looking for something else to give me the calories to burn during practice that is not too heavy on the stomach and is quick to eat. I am thinking some sort of trail mix (heavy in nuts) would be a good idea. Any thoughts or suggestions???

    Thanks,
    ACFalcon

Nuts, granola bars, or check the homemade protein bar recipes in the recipe section.
