I told you so! (progress pics)

So its been three months since i started my bulk/new routine (the pics are from the beginning of this month. Ive went from 146 to about 162- this thread is a response to Madden Freak, who told me my routine was stupid and that I was "gonna beat the piss out of my muscles" and overtrain.

Wel, im gonna keep on bulkin' and so far this routine has done me good, so there you go, I told you I'd prove you wrong!

the thread where i recommended my routine to another poster and Madden Freak began to flame me^

    NEW PICTURES

Im gonna continue bulking for a while on a cleaner diet than before, so wish me luck, oh and Madden Freak, I forgive you =P

God damn your back got wide.

I didn't read through that whole thread, but Madden Freak is a tardass. Depending what you actually do on each day, it might be able to be improved upon, but it's a pretty normal 4 day split.

**** the eating cleaner, keep packing on the meat. Don't worry about gaining a little bit of fat, you can always strip that off later. Everyone should be fat just for a little while at some point in their lives.

Back looks good dude. Front is fine too, just not as much of a change there, at least none that's visible in the pic.

Great progress there, you've improved everywhere!

I started at 133lbs and I've put on a bit of weight in a few months (apparently I'm 150lbs now, but I think that's wrong). I think I need a few tips from you! Feel free to post your routine

I seen on the other thread that you are on a weight gainer? I have one from Body Fortress but it tastes like crap, so I've stopped using it. Can anyone recommend one in the UK?

thanks everyone for the replies. Just a question since you guys know your ****, how long do you suggest I keep bulking? and yeah, my back has been growing like mad, only thing is the faster it grows, the more it 'overpowers' the look of my chest, which kinda sucks since my chest doesnt grow nearly as fast

Bulk til you get fat, then stop and cut down. As of right now you still look very lean so keep doing what you've been doing.

Bulk as long as ya want, if ya keep your eating in check you wont gain excess bodyfat, you dont have to gain BF in order to gain muscle, keep the diet plentiful and in check and keep lifting heavy and hard and build that muscle man, **** it, bulk till ur 240 of solid muscle

    there ya go

that should keep ya busy for a while
