Hey i was wondering if anyone here has every attempted or heard of someone doing Crossfit while substituting any db or bb work with kettlebells? Right now im starting to get into a kinda bad spot for getting to the gym, especially several times a week as is implimented with Crossfit. I realize Crossfit is more of a concept than a strict routine but i enjoy the WOD's. Thanks!

You can always substitute KBs for the DBs. I've done it from time to time, even when I wasn't running a traditional CF WOD. The biggest thing is the movement and making sure you can get a similar load to what is prescribed. KBs tend to come in fairly large jumps, so finding a load similar to what is called for can be a PITA.
