Has anyone had success doing DE for lifts like military press, rows, cleans, gms, etc, or is one of each push/pull/leg movement sufficient? Obviously, just doing the big 3 would probably carry over better, but would DE for other exercises work well for each individual lift? For example, if for some reason I really wanted to increase my military press, would having a DE day for it be effective at all?
EDIT: This probably belongs in the PLing section.

Yes.

Before you go to train everyday, think about the less fortunate and what they would give to just have the opportunity to be training like a madman.

ummm... Olympic lifting?
Being a strong teenager means nothing.
My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.
Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.
