Hi, i'm new to weight traning and really havent gone to the gym. I'm 20 years old, weigh around 190(mostly fat), and around 5'11. I am kind of fat, most of the fat is around my chest area( man boobs). lol. Anyways, what's the best remedy to get rid of them? Also, please provide me with a schedule that you guys use.
PS- i use P90X (chest and back) at home... well, started yesterday! Is that good? I know it's a long question, but please help!
??? .
In order to get rid of fat, you have to maintain a good diet. Figure out how many calories you take in per day, and take in 250-500 less or so per day. However, you cannot spot reduce fat. By that, I mean that you can't just get rid of it in one spot on your body (i.e. your chest). And I'm not sure what P90X is. Could you elaborate on that?
do you have a workout routine yet? if not check out some of the wbb routines located on the site...

^ do you really have to take it so literally.
Track calories with fitday.com and look at some stickies on healthy food and what follow the others' advice by checking out wbb routines. Do you have access to a well equipped gym or are you working with what you have?

As all of them said above you can't just spot reduce fat in certain areas. That being said you just need to clean up your diet or get on one, start on a regular training program and maybe put in some supps like protein, mild fat burnner.
I saw PX90 on the t.v last night and its pretty funny how people change in only 90 days. You know it is 80% of there diet that does that change though. Keep that in mind
