go on a low calorie diet. natural and works like a charm
I DONT WANT TO GO ON A LOW CALORIE DIET BECAUSE I WANT TO EAT PROTEIN TO GAIN MUSCLE MASS
Eat 2000 calories a day and get some whey protein. and there are a ton of low cal high protein foods. fish for example
Turn the "CAPS LOCK" off!
175g Protein - 700cals 32%
200g Carbs - 800cals 37%
75g Fat - 675cals 31%
Total - 2175
Healthy ratios. Could substitute some fat and protein for more carbs IMO, but that should get you started.
