How you deal with Cardio and soreness?

Hi, to those who are experience in cutting and does alot of cardio, I was wondering, do you proceed with it (cardio) even when your muscles are sore?

Right now my chest is sore as hell and whenever I run, it felt as though they ae gonna drop! Should I proceed with it nonetheless? Are there any negative effects?

If it is bothering you and uncomfortable maybe try a different form of cardio.

When I first began doing cardio (3 weeks ago), my calves were sore from doing incline stuff, but they've come around and my muscles have gotten somewhat used to the cardio.

I always find that cardio helps my legs out if they are feeling sore, maybe just don't go at it as intensly.
