    Rep question

When it says max set X 5 reps, what does this mean? Its for weighted dips.

It means use the most weight you can do a set of 5 reps with.

Alright thats what I thought but it says work up to max set of 5 reps, so I am guessing I start with bodyweight and go up 5 or so lbs. each set? I currently do them with 25 lb dumbbells attached to a weight belt, and have no problem doing them over 5 reps.
