Alright thats what I thought but it says work up to max set of 5 reps, so I am guessing I start with bodyweight and go up 5 or so lbs. each set? I currently do them with 25 lb dumbbells attached to a weight belt, and have no problem doing them over 5 reps.
yea, trial/error but I would not waste an entire set on a really light weight that is easy for you
