    Great work both days fooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooz. Ill have to agree and say I find hang cleans much harder than regular cleans. I also have that issue of not landing it back. Im not sure why though. Sometimes ill nail it sometimes I wont. Keep up the solid work mcfoooooooooooooooz

    Doubles started 8/15 coaches only gave us 30 min to workout, if that. That's all i could fit in, should have a workout in tomorrow. Sorry I haven't been around lately.

    My advice is to not lift during doubles. It's really counter productive during this time. Just focus on the practices.

    Well it's good to back in the game, deadlifts still felt strong, 315 wasn't hard.

    What's up, Fooz? Shoulder shrugs are lookin beastly, damn. **** upright rows though, those things are instant death for my wrists and RCs. Shoulder press is friggin strong too, what the **** you been eatin? Lookin good my man, keep it up!

    Jed: Haha nah man you got some crazy strength. I'm a few pounds shy of 190, right now. Tri pull downs is just a handle you put both hands on and pull down lol.
