Nice job, bro. Anytime you can say you feel good about yourself or what you have accomplished is a milestone in your life. Don't forget that and what it took to get where you are. Also, you're just gettin goofy with those DB Upright Rows, wtf lol. Don't jack anything up doing those things. Military press is solid as well, looks like I may have some catching up to do in the coming months.

Squat: 205x10 --- Ran outta time after that, gym was closing.
All in all, 225 was a bit of a grinder, wasn't to bad but there was no way i was getting another one.
