    What Food to make me feel Full???

    Wondering if there is any low calorie, no or at least low carb food to make me feel full. Thanks for any info.

    I think it is a valid question, if you don't think it is than don't read the thread and don't bother to **** it up with a stupid reply just to degrade the original poster.

    Include a good amount of water with every meal and you'll feel full pretty quickly.

    Add a cup of frozen vegetables: only like 100 calories, and like 8g fiber (well, so says fitday).

    Alright! I'm done cutting for now. It's been a long ride, I went from obese to average. Now to put some muscle on, then cut again down the road.

    yeah i think taking down water could really benifit you, but anything apart from veg, there really isn't anything.
