    Injury Recovery

Random thought while I was working out today......

From what injury has it taken the longest for you to recover? I've had everything from bilateral ACL tears requiring surgery to disc herniations in my back. However, my rotator cuff is the one that still to this day bothers me the most if I don't watch very closely how I'm training. Just wondering other's experiences....
    I know you're half-crazy, but I wish you'd go all the way.

Rhomboid/ trapezius back injury that I posted about in another thread. It gets better in one area then it pops up in another. 8 months now for that splinter in my life...

Yeah the rotator is bad, lucky me haven't had problems with it.

Something shoulder related (doc says my rotator is fine)... but I know something's up.

I hurt my back 2 years ago, and it still bothers me every once in a while.

I hurt my shoulder (rotator cuff?) Last August and it still bothers me.
