    RESULTS nutritional info.....?

I was wondering, I want to put RESULTS into Fitday but it won't let me. I'm assuming one serving of RESULTS is 300cal, which should be correct for 80g dextrose, no??? I was hoping Chris or someone could clear that up for me. Thanks. And I also assume it would be 80grams of carbs???

The problem with Fitday is there isn't a place for sugar, only alcohol, so when you put in 300cal and 0 fat, etc it says the calories are wrong.

Well at 4 calories per gram of carb I would assume 320 cal, but Chris would be able to give the final answer.

I thought that so I looked up plain Dextrose, which is 15 cal per 4 grams. So that's how I came up with 300 cal.

I believe Dextrose is 3.4 cals/gram, so 272 cals total.

I wasn't putting in the carbs, that was the problem.
