    Coupound shoulder movements

    Can anyone think of a good compound movement that hits the shoulders? The only thing I can come up with is clean+ Jerk. Any more ideas?

    h roll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@!@@! rather compoundy if you throw in some circular arm movements. hits my traps as well as every shoulder muscle....

    400(335) Bench Press
    600(520x3 2xBW) Dead Lift
    500(495x1) ATG Squat
    Total: 1500(1350)
    365 Front Squat
    consistency and intensity.
