    good workout for a fihter

    wats a good worrkout to do for an mma fighter. ive been done mark rippetoes with mad good sucess. any other recomendation thanks.

    It's pretty good but I've never tried it myself.

    iight thanks. u think that would be good for a fighter? im thinking about doing it statign 2morrow.

    The most important thing for a fighter is to work on skill. Sparring, rolling, etc. After that, conditioning is more important than strength. But yeah, WSFSB would be good, if you can work it into your schedule.

    Probably not the best. You want to focus on performance, not size.
