I've tried pretty much all brands of chicken in a can and the one from swanson's is by FAR the best tasting. Incredibly tender out of the can and even better when you heat it up a bit. I highly recommend this.
interesting...
... a few questions
no oils right (like some tuna)?
how much protein does it say it has?
do they add anything to it? (salt? preservatives? etc?)
price?

MInd you, these are the nutrion facts for the smaller cans. I buy the bigger ones which have twice as much chicken in them. Just double the nutrion facts. Also, they are all packed in water.

How much do these bad boys run per large can?
Seems like tuna is still a better bang for the buck, unless this stuff is like $.25 a can.
This stuff tastes better than tuna.
I second the rec!
Thats a ton of sodium for 70 cals!
