    Bread question...?

If I'm trying to cut should I eliminate ALL bread from my diet. I currently eat 2-3 slices of 100% Whole Wheat bread per day, but never after 6pm. The rest of my carbs come from oats or brown rice...what do you guys think?

    Thanks.

Eat everything you want in moderation.

There are things such as carb cycling that do work, but personally I love carbs and need them to keep sane.
